We're delighted to be supporting this years' Eisteddfod, which will be held on our doorstep in Anglesey 4th - 12th August this summer. This years festival celebrates the 150th Birthday and creativity of the world renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, whose designs were well beyond his time and are a heavy influence on the grand designs style structures we build today in our glass houses and wintergardens.
As part of the celebrations, the prominent Welsh artist, Manon Awst, who sculpts from stone echoing Frank Lloyd Wright preference for natural materials, will create a garden in ‘Y Lle Celf’, in which a series of talks and a book launch on his work and life will be held, as well as a prize presentation for Welsh architecture.
