We have had a very busy first half of this year and there have been some exciting developments in the company so we’re delighted to welcome several news employees to the Peninsula team. Our continued success offers employees plenty of opportunities to develop themselves as well as their roles within the business so we’re also delighted that several members of staff have new roles:
Chris Hough – Surveyor
Chris joined us in May and with his extensive knowledge of all our home improvement systems especially conservatories, orangeries and garden rooms, he will be setting the benchmark for ensuring a quality installation.
Andy Longman, Sales Manager
Our most recent recruit, Andy Longman has taken on the role as Sales Manager so he will oversee the sales team in providing motivation, mentoring and coaching and offering sales support where necessary and assisting in lead generation. Andy will also be helping out in the Cheshire region.
Nic Williamson – Commercial Business Development Manager
We’re delighted to welcome Nic back to the Peninsula family! He left us in December 2017 having worked for us for 10 years and returned in July to take on this new role which will see him concentrating on developing the commercial side of our business working with architects and builders. He’ll also work closely with the sales team acting as a structure support officer.
Trefor Moore – Our Top Sales Man
Many congratulations to Tref who has beaten not only his own sales record in the 8 years he’s been with us but also the company’s having secured over £500,000 in sales in the first half of this year, so he’s on track for a record year.
Ashley Bowen-Jones – After Sales Manager
Ashley’s new role is in developing the After Sales Care side of the business.
Gareth Pickstock – Installation Manager
Congratulations to Gareth on his promotion to the permanent position of Installation Manager – testament to the good job he was doing as Interim Manager.
Kim Pinkerton – Marketing Assistant
Kim joined us in mid March and her role is very customer focused and aside from generating new business leads she will also be involved in planning permissions.
Ben Jones – Sales Representative
Ben is new to sales so he’s recently completed his training and we’ve already received some great feedback on him from our customers.
Andy Fullman – Sales Representative
Andy has a sales background in technology and is out and about on the road generating new sales for us.
Leanne Miller-Bowles & Tamsyn Wilkinson – Regional Directors
Leanne and Tamsyn have been taken on to develop our move into Chester and future growth into Cheshire and further afield in the North West. Leanne has project management experience while Tamsyn is already known as our favourite South African!
